Buy a House

Home buying is a big step for any family. From saving for the down payment, getting pre-approved for a mortgage, finding a professional real estate agent, house hunting to making an offer, inspection of the house, and closing the deal and moving in.

Of course we work with you to submit the best offer. When you win the bid, you need to sign the purchase agreement that entails the information of buyer and seller, the address of the property, the price, lender or bank information, earnest money, the inspection items that needs to be fixed and the items that stays in the home and the closing date. If you have a question about any of this you can ask us to go through it with you in details.

Of course you have a lot of metrics in your mind to buy a home and you know what is the most important aspect to consider: location, location, location!

As a home is one your biggest investment, you must be very careful about all the details and consider how many years you want to live in this home and so many more details that I as your buyer's agent will inform you. You need to consider what is important for you in regards to the location, to be close to school, hospital, shopping area, parks and so on. You need to define your requirements and we will match the right home for you.

Of course the location is the most important aspect in buying a house but still you need to look behind the surface and layout by hiring the appropriate inspector to ensure the plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning  are working properly.

As a rule thumb, the price of the house should not be more than three to five times your annual household income if you plan to make a 20% down payment and have a moderate amount of other debt. But this varies based on your financial situation for the most part.
